Innovation Foundation (former Adecco Group Foundation)

The Innovation Foundation is the global corporate foundation of the Adecco Group. Their mission is to help underserved populations increase their employability and access to labour markets in order to secure sustainable livelihoods. By running as a Social Innovation Lab, the Innovation Foundation is pioneering a new model of corporate philanthropy, designing practical solutions with and for end-users that will create impact at scale, via it’s own proprietary Scan, Build, Scale methodology.
